Where is Minibop Music located?
Our primary class location is at 3326 Verdugo Rd. Los Angeles, CA 90065. Right next to Lemon Poppy in the colorful Verdugo Plaza. We also host off-site services such as private lessons, private events, and more.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking at our 3326 Verdugo Rd. (Verudo Plaza) location is free, but keep in mind it is first-come-first-serve.
Do teachers go through a background check?
Yes, all of MiniBop’s music instructors pass a thorough national background check.
Does Minibop accept cash payments?
No. For safety reasons we only accept payments online via our safe and secure website. Thank you for understanding.
Is Minibop Music a daycare?
No. We are not a daycare or preschool. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during group classes. Children will not be allowed to attend a class without their assigned parent or guardian.
Classes
What should I bring to class?
All you need to bring to your kids music class is your MiniBopper and a creative soul! Don’t worry about instruments or other gear – we’ll provide what you need.
What happens in a group music class?
Group music classes for kids are lead by an engaging music professional who provides a fun and interactive experience full of sing-alongs, dancing, instruments playing, learning and more. Classes will vary by age group and also change to a new theme each month.
Can I join in monthly group classes after the month starts?
Yes! Monthly group classes will automatically be prorated based on when you join.
How much does a group class cost?
Pricing varies depending on how many classes are booked at a time. A single drop-in class is $35, but the per-class cost is only $25 when you sign up for 2 months. Read more about pricing here.
How long is a group class?
Our group classes are 45 minutes long.
What is the refund policy?
Our refund policy varies depending on the type of class or event. Please contact us for more information or to request a refund.
What is the make-up policy if I miss a class? Is there a fee?
There is no fee if you miss a class. You will be able to reschedule it. If you need to reschedule in advance for any reason please let us know.
How old does my child need to be for a music class?
General Group Music and Montessori Music class is for ages 0-4. Children can start music class as early as the comfortable for their caregivers see fit. There are many benefits for babies to join! General Group Music has a level 2 selection for toddlers ages 2.5 – 4 years old.

Do you provide the location?
No. Teachers will meet you at your chosen party location within the radius we serve in LA County. Parties outside of our radius are available at an additional charge.
What is your radius for parties?
Minibop can service parties in the general LA County area. For parties 20+ miles from the Minibop studio a $75 travel fee will be added.

What should I bring to a lesson?
Just an eagerness to learn and have fun!
Will Minibop Music do lessons at my home?
Yes! We are more than happy to provide our music lessons at your house or elsewhere. Pricing is a-la-carte. Please let us know lesson needs and we will work within your budget to make it amazing!
