So much to Learn in Montessori Music class
Montessori classrooms are designed to ignite and nurture a child’s natural curiosity and love for learning.
Independence
We will create an environment to allow children to explore and learn independently. They have access to age-appropriate materials and activities that encourage self-directed learning.
The setup of the classroom encourages children to make choices and take responsibility for their actions, fostering a sense of independence and autonomy from an early age
Hands-on Learning
Children are provided with a variety of sensory-rich materials to explore, stimulating their senses and promoting cognitive development.
The curriculum is designed to engage children in activities that enhance their fine and gross motor skills, as well as their spatial awareness, through activities such as pouring, stacking, and manipulating objects.
Self Paced
This class is built to allow each child to progress at their own pace. This individualized approach recognizes and respects the unique learning styles, abilities, and interests of each child.
Teachers observe and guide children based on their developmental needs, providing the flexibility for children to master skills and concepts at their own speed.
Social & Emotional Development
All Minibop classes have an emphasis on the development of social and emotional skills. Children learn to work and play cooperatively, developing empathy and respect for others.
Multi-age classrooms provide opportunities for older children to mentor younger ones, fostering a sense of community and creating a supportive learning environment. The mixed-age setting also allows children to observe and learn from each other.
