SEL and Core Subject Learning

Learning at the Heart of Everything

Minibop makes music education easier. We provide scalable staffing solutions, proven curriculums, and carefully trained instructors. Our programs are ready-to-go but still allow for customization according to school or district priorities. Make use of Proposition 28 or ELO-P funds  funds to complement your education offering with Minibop’s Core Harmony.

Proposition 28 Eligible

Minibop qualifies as an “arts educational partnership program”, which means elementary schools (including charter schools) can get funding from Proposition 28—The Arts and Music in Schools (AMS) to implement the program.

Meet ELO-P Requirements

Minibop programs meet ELO-P funding requirements: At least 3 hours of instruction per day (for a total of 9 hours) over 175 days of the school year. Additional 30 days (9 hours per day) of instruction beyond the school year. Staffing to meet the 20:1 student-to-instructor ratio for grades 1-6, and the 10:1 ratio for TK and K.

The Minibop Pedagogy: Education that Transforms Students

When we enter a classroom, our goal isn’t just to teach – it’s to transform. We’re transforming what education looks like by transforming students into inspired learners.

Our secret is simple: music.

As a data-driven innovator in early education, we are constantly iterating our curriculum and lessons with evidence-based improvements across all core subjects.

CLIMB Hub for Educators

Music Fused curriculum for teachers

CLIMB Hub takes the hands on experience Minibop has to support teachers everywhere. It takes subjects like early math, reading, and social-emotional learning and fuses it with music. We believe that every early childhood teacher can teach with music, even if they’re not musicians themselves, and CLIMB empowers them to do so.

We know that education enhanced with music leads to better retention, higher cognitive skills, stronger social skills, fine & motor skills and ultimately a more connected child.

Every child Needs music

Did you know that 98% of families want music enrichment for their preschooler? It’s no wonder – music is a powerful tool for learning and growth!

It’s a brain-booster, a social-emotional and  lifelong gift! Early exposure lays the foundation for lifelong learning and creativity.

At Minibop, we believe every child should experience the magic of music. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to bring joyful, research-backed music programs to preschools everywhere.

“Students need music education, but it can be hard for faculty to find the right solution. Minibop makes it easy. I’ve seen first-hand how their music teachers inspire students. Students have so much fun engaged in the learning that they almost don’t realize they’re learning!” -Amber Blackwell, K-12 School Leader
