Professional Development That Equips TK Teachers to Use Music for Real Learning
Our high-impact training helps TK teachers confidently use music to support early literacy, self-regulation, and classroom routines—while building real music foundations they can apply all year long. No music experience required.

How It Works
It’s simple. We handle everything. Here’s what happens:
1️⃣ You Choose your date
You can join a scheduled cohort of UTK teachers on a Tuesday—or we’ll help you find a date that works for your school.
2️⃣ We deliver training
We lead a 2-hour, hands-on session your teachers will actually enjoy—interactive, practical, and built for real classrooms, not just theory.
3️⃣ Teachers leave musically confident
Teachers leave with a classroom music kit, a printed CLIMB Curriculum for TK, CEUs, and practical tools they can use in class next day.
CLIMB Curriculum
The CLIMB Curriculum (Core Learning Integrated with Music Basics) is Minibop’s accredited framework for music-based early learning. It’s aligned with the California Arts Standards, Preschool Learning Foundations, and National Core Arts Standards, and designed specifically for TK and preschool classrooms.
It supports:
- Early literacy & phonological awareness
- Early math & rhythm-based numeracy
- SEL & cultural connection through music
- Transitions & daily routines
- Foundational music concepts like tempo, pitch, and repetition
Teachers receive a printed curriculum with lessons they can use immediately, plus digital access to the CLIMB Hub for continued support.
Trusted by hundreds of preschools, TK educators, and families who believe in music as a tool for learning.
Why Music Matters in the UTK Classroom
Early learning gaps are growing—and TK classrooms are on the frontlines.
But most PD doesn’t give TK teachers what they actually need. It’s either too broad, not developmentally aligned, or designed for upper grades. That’s what we keep hearing from principals and teachers alike.
This training is different.
It’s built specifically for UTK—to help teachers use music to support early literacy, math, cututal respinsiveness, SEL, self-regulation, and classroom routines. And they’ll learn real music foundations, too—no experience needed.
Because music isn’t just enrichment—it’s a teaching tool.
And UTK teachers deserve PD that’s built for their classrooms.
