At Minibop Music, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child deserves access to high-quality music education.
We believe that music is a powerful tool for fostering creativity, enhancing cognitive development, and promoting social-emotional well-being.
Our curriculum is designed to not only teach musical skills but also to inspire a love of learning and a lifelong appreciation for music.
We believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and discover their unique musical talents.
Los Angeles roots
In Los Angeles, we implement our own curriculum and lesson plans, developed and refined based on years of experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds.
Our curriculum is designed to be engaging, interactive, and accessible, with a focus on hands-on learning and creative expression.
We know what works and what doesn’t work because we have seen the impact of our programs firsthand.
By continually evaluating and refining our approach, we ensure that we are providing the highest quality music education possible.

Marsha Smith, CEO
Marsha Smith, founder and CEO of Minibop Music, is a dynamic leader revolutionizing early childhood education through music. With a background in music management from Berklee College of Music and years of performance experience, Marsha’s journey led her to recognize the critical need for creative arts in early education.
Inspired by her own experiences as a musician and mother, Marsha founded Minibop to integrate music, movement, and developmental learning into children’s lives. Her innovative approach blends modern child development principles with the universal language of music, filling the void left by decreasing arts programs in schools.
Under Marsha’s passionate leadership, Minibop has made a significant impact on children from toddlers to elementary schoolers. She continues to champion the power of music in fostering lifelong learning and creativity in young minds.
